2018 Golden Mini-tuo Ripe
As a part of our mini-tuocha ripe variety pack, this 2018 Menghai area mini is a great one. You know us, we are picky about mini-ripes and find this one quite nice and have received many inquiries about getting it on its own.
Balance, gentle, rich and soothing, you’ll find this old-tree ripe and its mineral earthiness quite pleasing and palatable! Buy a bunch and have them at the ready for your journey. Each mini weighs in at 5 grams, no need to break apart, just follow the instructions under “Additional Info” tab.

Basic Brewing Instructions:
Ripe Pu'er may be given two 5-10 second rinses with the same temperature water as used for brewing. This primes the leaf and warms the pot.
212˚ F water temperature.
Use 1 mini per 8 Oz. of filtered water. Some customers use 1 mini in 4 to 5 ozs and others use 1 mini in 16 ounces. Find your sweet spot.
Recommended first steeping of 30 seconds - 1 minute. Add 30 seconds to one minute for each subsequent infusion.
Tea brewing is meant to be a joyful exploration. There are no hard and fast rules. Experiment with the quantity of tea that you use, and steeping times. Enjoy discovering what your preferences are. They may change day to day.
